"The prosecution and the Diyarbakır Bar Association have accepted that the act related to the killing of Narin began in an area between Arif Güran's barn and the house. It is also established by the narrowed base station report, which they consider credible, that the client was not at the crime scene.

"DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE MURDER"
There is no finding of any action indicating that she contributed to the act of murder. Given that it was clearly seen even during the trial phase that the client did not share the same intent as the other defendants, it is not possible to evaluate her as having participated in the murder in terms of time, place, intent, and action.

For these reasons, the appeals filed against the client should be rejected on their merits. We request that the decision of the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court dated December 28, 2024, be overturned in favor of the client as a result of the appellate review, that there be no grounds for sentencing pursuant to Article 28 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK), or if your chamber is of the opposite opinion, that a sentence be established at the lower limit in favor of the client and that her release be ordered."
