While the former CHP leader's failure to make any statement regarding the ongoing process has caused reactions, Hikmet Çetin's remarks about Kılıçdaroğlu have become a major topic of discussion.

Çetin stated, "Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu wants to lead the party. Mr. Kemal is not speaking at all. I think he has such an intention, but it would be very bad; he wouldn't be able to go out on the street."

Kılıçdaroğlu, who was seen entering his office in Ankara yesterday, chose to maintain his silence when asked about the process, responding only with "Thank you."

Today, Kılıçdaroğlu attended the funeral ceremony held at the Parliament for former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Cahit Karakaş.

Among those attending the ceremony was Mehmet Ali Şahin, the 24th Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and a member of the Presidential High Advisory Board.

It was noted that Kılıçdaroğlu, who continues to maintain his silence regarding the process the CHP is going through, appeared side by side with Şahin.

During the ceremony, it was observed that CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir shook hands with Kılıçdaroğlu.
