Privatization continues at full speed: Erdoğan approved... Plots put up for tender have been sold
Plots and real estate put up for tender in five regions were sold by the Privatization Administration for a total of 634 million liras. President Erdoğan approved the sales and the zoning plans for some of the properties.
The decisions of the Privatization Administration regarding the sale of plots and real estate have been published in the Official Gazette with the approval of President Erdoğan. The details of the total 634 million lira sale have been announced.
The property belonging to Türkiye Şeker Fabrikaları AŞ located in the Suçatağı Village of Ağrı's central district was sold to Emre Tanışır for 58.1 million liras.
The property owned by the Treasury in the Dodurga neighborhood of Ankara's Çankaya district was sold to Fehmi Turgut for 92 million liras.
One of the two properties in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of Aydın's Didim district was sold for 155 million liras, and the other for 165 million liras, to Ege Yonca Yapı İnşaat AŞ.
Additionally, a property in the Davutlar neighborhood of Kuşadası was transferred to the company Şentürk Ali Kılıç Sapran Deluxe for 164 million liras.
President and AKP Chairman Erdoğan, in addition to these sales, also approved the zoning plans for properties located in the Alacaatlı neighborhood of Ankara's Çankaya district and the Gökçebel neighborhood of Muğla's Bodrum district.
