Requested sentences revealed in the negligence that took Eda Nur's life!

An indictment has been prepared regarding the death of 5-year-old Eda Nur Gezer, who fell into a pool of water formed after excavation work carried out on April 26 at Menekşe Beach Park in Fatih neighborhood.

In the indictment prepared by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Eda Nur Gezer is listed as the victim, while her mother Nurcan Gezer and father Emrah Boduk are listed as complainants.

PRISON REQUEST FOR 10 SUSPECTS

The indictment requests that 10 suspects, including authorized personnel from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, be sentenced to 2 to 6 years in prison for the crime of causing death by negligence.

Sezai Ayhan, heavy equipment operator at Istanbul Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ

Turan Yaman, İBB Parks and Gardens Branch Directorate Küçükçekmece Regional Chief
