Striking result from the latest election poll: Erdoğan can only win in one scenario
Özdemir Araştırma has shared the results of its January poll regarding the presidential elections. In the survey, which asked about 3 different scenarios, it was observed that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wins in only one scenario.
The CHP, which continues to call for early elections, has begun the process of determining its presidential candidate. In the CHP, where the candidate will be determined by a primary, the names of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş are coming to the fore.
Özdemir Research Company conducted a survey regarding the presidential elections. In the poll conducted in January, participants were asked which candidate they would vote for in 3 different scenarios.
Accordingly, when asked, “If the candidates were Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Ekrem İmamoğlu, which candidate would you vote for?”, 45.7 percent of the participants said Ekrem İmamoğlu, while 39.9 percent answered Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
In the event that Mansur Yavaş runs against Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, 47.5 percent of the participants stated that they would prefer Mansur Yavaş. 38.4 percent answered Erdoğan.

According to Gazete Duvar, participants were finally asked the question, “If a presidential election were to be held this Sunday, who would you vote for?”, which included three candidates as well as Özgür Özel.
The results are as follows:
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 37.2 percent
Ekrem İmamoğlu: 27.8 percent
Mansur Yavaş: 26.8 percent
Özgür Özel: 6.9 percent
Other: 1.3 percent
