Surprising request from Ela Rümeysa Cebeci: Dialogue with the prison director draws attention!

As part of a comprehensive drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, news anchor Ela Rümeysa Cebeci was arrested on December 17 on charges of "supplying narcotic substances" after testing positive at the Council of Forensic Medicine following her detention. Cebeci was sent to prison after the procedures were completed.

Following the arrest decision, new allegations regarding Ela Rümeysa Cebeci have continued to emerge in the public eye.

Journalist Barış Yarkadaş, in a statement made on a program, recounted a remarkable dialogue that took place in the first days of Cebeci's entry into the prison.

"I CAN ONLY DRINK SAKA WATER"

According to what Barış Yarkadaş conveyed, Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, who had just entered the prison and had not yet overcome the impact of the process she was going through, requested Saka brand water from the prison warden to drink.

It was stated that Cebeci said, "I can only drink Saka water."

It was reported that the prison warden responded to this request by saying, "There is no Saka water here, there is Erikli. Other brands are also available, but they are all available at Silivri Prison."

Yarkadaş stated, based on his meetings with lawyers, that Cebeci was not fully aware of the situation she was in during the first days.

He said that the lawyers who went in and out of the prison stated that Cebeci was only just beginning to emerge from the shock of the process she had experienced.

SHE HANDED OVER BOTH HER PHONES

Journalist Barış Yarkadaş also shared another detail regarding Cebeci's detention and arrest process in his statements.

Accordingly, it was reported that Ela Rümeysa Cebeci handed over both of her mobile phones to the authorities and said, "I have nothing to hide."

ALLEGATION OF A NETWORK OF RELATIONSHIPS IN THE INVESTIGATION

According to the information provided by Yarkadaş, the phones handed over to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have been taken under examination.

It was alleged that as a result of the examinations, a network of relationships was uncovered within the scope of the investigation.
