The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation data for January 2025. Monthly inflation was 5.03 percent, while annual inflation was 42.12 percent.
With this data, the February rent increase rate has also been clarified.
WHAT IS THE FEBRUARY 2025 RENT HIKE RATE?
The rent increase rate, which was announced as 58.51 percent last month, has been updated to 56.35 percent following the January CPI figures. This rate will be applied to tenants who will renew their residential lease agreements.

Current Rent Amount: 15,000 TL
Increase Rate: 56.35%
Increase Amount: 8,452.5 TL
