It is alleged that in the Menzil Community, title deeds have changed hands and the property feud between the brothers has deepened.

It is claimed that the title deeds of the dervish lodge buildings in Antalya and Adana were transferred through retroactive rent payment methods.

According to the report by Cumhuriyet, the community's central building located in the Etiler neighborhood of Antalya's Muratpaşa district is a significant part of these discussions. It is stated that in July 2024, Mübarek Elhüseyni transferred this property as a donation to the Semerkand Foundation, which is under the control of his brother Fettah Elhüseyni.

However, it was noted that after the transfer, in order to avoid eviction, the disciples paid 4 million TL to Mübarek Elhüseyni for the renovation of an illegal madrasa located in the Alanya district of Antalya and also made a retroactive rent payment of 457 thousand 668 TL to the Semerkand Foundation.

A SIMILAR SITUATION OCCURRED IN ADANA

A similar situation occurred at the dervish lodge in Adana. Rent payments for past years were demanded for the building, the title deed of which belongs to Emin Elhüseyni.

The disciples, who were asked to pay a total of 259 thousand 250 TL in rent for the period from 2019 to 2023, including annual legal interest, objected to this situation and filed a complaint.
