The tables have turned, the gap has widened: Striking results from a post-Assad election poll in Turkey

Betimar Research, which accurately predicted the May 14-28 Presidential Elections, conducted a comprehensive public opinion survey following the collapse of the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria.

In the survey, conducted with 1,750 people across 26 provinces, participants were asked about the reflections of developments in Syria on Turkey, as well as their voting preferences in a general election and questions regarding AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Fuat Uğur, a columnist for tv100 known for his proximity to the government, shared the poll results in his column today.

Following the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, the gap between the AKP and the CHP drew attention.

The questions posed by Betimar to the participants and the percentages of the responses are as follows;
