They took the stage after their release: PKK terrorists continue their threats

It has been reported that Veysi Aktaş and Çetin Arkaş, who are among the individuals convicted of being executives of the terrorist organization PKK, have held public meetings and given conferences in various cities following their release.

It was also reported that the two individuals participated in television programs and made statements.

It was stated that Veysi Aktaş and Çetin Arkaş, who were held at the İmralı Prison with the terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan and were later released, made assessments under the heading of a "solution process" at the meetings they attended.

Aktaş and Arkaş expressed in a program they attended on a television channel that the process should be made permanent. In his statement on the program, Çetin Arkaş argued that Abdullah Öcalan should be granted his freedom.

"POINT OF NO RETURN" STATEMENT

Çetin Arkaş used the following expressions regarding the process in the program he attended:

"I would very much like to say that the process has now reached a point of no return. But let us be neither optimistic nor pessimistic."

Veysi Aktaş, drawing attention to developments in the region, included the following words in his statement:

"If this process does not succeed, if the Peace and Democratic Society Process does not reach a conclusion, Kurds will not easily be able to be with Turkey again. It is necessary to know this well; it is a good opportunity for the state, and it is the same for us. May this new year be a process of peace, democratization, and the construction of brotherhood for Turkey."
