Threats, weapons, and profanities flew in Menzil... The value of their real estate is higher than thought!

The ongoing inheritance dispute between Saki Elhüseyni, who leads the Menzil community, and his brothers Mübarek Elhüseyni and Fettah Elhüseyni has pitted different groups within the community against each other.

The disagreement over real estate, stated to be worth 17 billion TL, has deepened divisions within the community, with allegations that the arguments have escalated to insults and armed threats.

DIVISION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY

Conflicts have intensified between the "Serhendi group," led by Saki Elhüseyni, the "Gucdevan group," which supports Mübarek Elhüseyni, and the "Semerkand group," known as the followers of Fettah Elhüseyni.

It is alleged that supporters of the Serhendi group have posed with weapons in social media posts and used threatening language against rival groups, such as "We will not turn back from our Sultan's path."

Supporters of the Semerkand group, meanwhile, have increased tensions between the parties by posting insulting content on social media directed at the Serhendi group, such as "We need to fight these street dogs."

PROTESTS CONTINUE

The Semerkand Foundation's demand for rent for buildings used by the Serhendi group in Adana and Antalya has fueled the tension between the two groups.

The closure of the Semerkand Complex in Kavacık, Istanbul, on the grounds of renovation, led supporters of the Serhendi group to organize protest demonstrations in Istanbul and Sakarya.

According to a report by Cumhuriyet, sources from the Semerkand group claimed that the valuation calculations for the properties only covered the real estate in the village, and that if the real estate across Turkey were included, the value could reach 50 billion TL.

THREATS AND WEAPONS FLEW

According to the allegations, Saki Elhüseyni used insulting language toward his rival brothers in the village and issued threats, saying, "I will smash your face in the middle of the village." It was reported that supporters of the Serhendi group made armed threats against rival groups in the village.

Gendarmerie teams struggled to suppress a physical clash that occurred in Menzil village on January 13. However, it was learned that the investigation file regarding the incident is being held at the Adıyaman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and has not yet been processed.

At the center of the conflict within the community is the division of 17 billion TL worth of real estate. However, sources close to the Semerkand group suggest that this value only covers the real estate in the village and that the true value, including properties across Turkey, would reach approximately three times that amount.
