TMSF appoints trustees in 'Newborn Gang' investigation
Following a decision by the Büyükçekmece 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as trustee for 13 hospitals and 3 companies as part of the investigation into the criminal organization known publicly as the "Newborn Gang." The TMSF announced that it has begun necessary operations by appointing new administrators for the hospitals.
In a statement issued by the TMSF, it was reported that, in order to ensure there is no disruption to reliable public health services, new managers for the relevant hospitals have been appointed by the decision of the Fund Board, and that the experienced teams assigned have immediately begun the necessary work at the hospitals and companies.
The statement, which noted that the decision of the Büyükçekmece 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace to appoint trustees has been published in the Trade Registry Gazette, included the following statement: "The 13 hospitals and 3 companies for which we have been appointed as trustees have been added to the 'Companies Under Trusteeship' list on our institution's official website."
