While it was announced that applications will begin to be accepted as of November 10, 2025, important details regarding the process have been clarified.
TOKİ ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE FOR APPLICATIONS
The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) stated in its announcement that applications will be accepted based on the last digit of the Turkish ID number.
Thus, in the first stage, a different number group will be enabled to process their applications each day.
APPLICATION DAYS ACCORDING TO TURKISH ID NUMBER
The application dates have been determined as follows:
November 10, 2025: Those with a last digit of 0
November 11, 2025: Those with a last digit of 2
November 12, 2025: Those with a last digit of 4
November 13, 2025: Those with a last digit of 6
November 14, 2025: Those with a last digit of 8
WHEN WILL THE SYSTEM OPEN FOR ALL CITIZENS?
Following the established schedule, the restriction will be lifted as of November 15, 2025, paving the way for all citizens to apply.
Thus, the application process for the social housing project will become fully accessible nationwide.
