Ugly remarks from Narin Güran's brother Baran Güran to Gülben Ergen: The response was not delayed

The brutal murder that took place in Diyarbakır last year is back on the agenda. 8-year-old Narin Güran was found dead in a stream bed 19 days after she went missing on August 21, 2024. Striking developments occurred in the investigation conducted after the murder, and many people from the little girl's family were arrested.

In the ongoing investigation, the little girl's uncle Salim Güran, her mother Yüksel Güran, her brother Enes Güran, and their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, who was determined to be connected to the incident, were arrested and sent to prison. Bahtiyar, who is alleged to be the person who carried the body to the stream bed, had made a confession in his statement.

Another name who was not arrested during this process but drew attention was Narin's other brother, Baran Güran.

Following the incident, many famous names also made posts on social media regarding the murder, which resonated with the public, and public awareness was increased. One of them was the artist Gülben Ergen. A reactive message came from Baran Güran to Ergen, who frequently made posts on social media regarding the little girl's death.

Baran Güran targeted Gülben Ergen in a post he made on his social media account and used the following expressions:

"I had taken a picture with my sister in my arms. Gülben Ergen was saying she is disgusted by those who take children in their arms, but she is not disgusted by sitting in someone else's lap. It is a great pity."

Gülben Ergen, who did not remain silent about these ugly words directed at her, republished the post in question on her own account. Ergen added the following note to the post:

"Look at what I wrote to you in September/2024... And look at your own style."

Ergen later reshared a post she had made in the past with the note "I had thought..."
