According to the report by Yeni Asır, Erdoğan will give important messages regarding remote work and flexible working hours.
EMPLOYMENT MODEL FOR WOMEN AND YOUTH
With this year being declared the Year of the Family, new job opportunities will be created especially for women, mothers, and young people.
Part-time work opportunities will be offered to university students in social projects, libraries, educational institutions, and sports facilities. These jobs will be planned in a way that does not conflict with the students' class schedules and will last for a maximum of 10 months.
While the goal is for 60 thousand young people to benefit in the first phase, the youth will be paid a monthly salary of 15 thousand liras. Increasing this figure in the future is on the agenda.
REMOTE WORK AND FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS ERA
Flexible and remote work models will be expanded for women. Part-time job opportunities will be offered, especially to women who have children or are looking for the opportunity to work from home. It was stated that working hours will also be flexible.
In addition, leave policies that will make it easier for mothers to remain in professional life, as well as part-time work and remote work options, will be implemented.
