The 31st edition of the traditional Anatolian Meetings, organized by the Koç Group to exchange views with its dealers, was held in the capital Ankara on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey.

'THE WEST'S DOUBLE STANDARD'

Speaking at the opening, Koç Holding Chairman of the Board Ömer M. Koç evaluated the war between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip.

Regarding the events in Gaza, Koç stated, "We are watching the silence of Western governments in the face of this brutal massacre with astonishment and horror. Today, thousands of innocent people are paying the price for this shameful indifference with their lives. Unfortunately, this double standard of the West will have very grave consequences that will negatively affect us all in the future."

'SHAMEFUL'

While emphasizing that the conflict environment causing humanitarian disasters in the nearby geography is spreading as 2023 comes to an end, Ömer M.
