Gaziantep Governor's Office denies 'rabies' claims
The Gaziantep Governor's Office has stated that allegations regarding the transport of rabid animals from Şanlıurfa to the city do not reflect the truth.
In a statement issued by the Gaziantep Governor's Office, it was noted that some social media accounts contained allegations that rabid animals were transported to Gaziantep from Şanlıurfa.
Stating that these allegations do not reflect the truth, the statement included the following: "The transport operations in question are routine procedures carried out from time to time in a controlled manner by animal associations for care and adoption purposes, and developments are being meticulously monitored by the relevant units of our Governor's Office."
