A decision regarding Gendarmerie General Commander Arif Çetin, who was alleged to be close to former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu and was therefore expected to be retired, has been published in the Official Gazette.
Gendarmerie General Commander Arif Çetin, who spoke at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Graduation Ceremony and addressed the families in attendance with the words of AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan, was retired by a decree published in the Official Gazette just hours after making this speech.
