Gökhan Günaydın: AKP and MHP did not want municipal expenditures to be investigated
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın announced on his social media account that the parliamentary motion they submitted was rejected by the votes of AKP and MHP.
While investigations into the concert expenditures of CHP-run municipalities continue, the opposition is demanding that these inquiries be conducted retroactively and that AKP-run municipalities also be investigated.
The request in question was brought to the agenda in parliament, but as with previous attempts, the motion was rejected by the votes of the AKP and MHP.
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın shared the following on his social media account regarding the matter:
"Our motion to investigate the concert expenditures of all municipalities without exception since 2014 has been rejected by the votes of the AKP and MHP.
Those who flee from a transparent Parliamentary Research Commission investigation are those who flee from the truth and hope for salvation in slander. Shame on them"
2014 yılından bu yana eksiksiz tüm belediyelerin konser harcamalarının araştırılmasına yönelik önergemiz, AKP ve MHP oylarıyla reddedilmiştir.
