Google is celebrating Republic Day with a special "doodle" on its homepage for October 29 Republic Day.
When the doodle is clicked, users are directed to a page containing information and news about the October 29 Republic Day.
On the page to which users are directed, the phrases "In today's Doodle, we are celebrating Republic Day and the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye" are featured.
WHAT IS A DOODLE?
The doodle image features the 1st Parliament building in Ankara and the Turkish flag. In the doodle application, important days and holidays for countries around the world, cultural events, and significant historical figures are highlighted with topic-specific logos.
Internet users can access detailed information about that day, person, or topic by clicking on the specially designed logo.
