Gürsel Tekin detail in Muhittin Böcek's latest effective remorse statement: Accompanied by his lawyer

Muhittin Böcek was represented in his effective remorse statement by Mustafa Yalçınkaya, who is also the lawyer for Gürsel Tekin. 

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek, who was detained and arrested due to a corruption investigation in Antalya, decided to benefit from effective remorse after his son and daughter-in-law were also included in the investigation and some information and documents regarding his private life were leaked.

Following this decision, Böcek gave statements to the prosecutor's office three times. In his final statement, he alleged that he gave 950 thousand Euros to CHP Manisa Metropolitan Mayoral Candidate Ferdi Zeyrek in Manisa, and 200 thousand Euros to Özgür Özel at a candidacy meeting in Antalya. 

According to the report by Tolga Balcı from Gazete Pencere, Böcek's lawyer changed for the final statement. Mustafa Yalçınkaya served as Böcek's lawyer in his latest statement. Yalçınkaya, who was a CHP mayoral candidate nominee for Kaş in the local elections, is also the lawyer for Gürsel Tekin, who was appointed as a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency. Yalçınkaya's name also appears in the lawsuits and petitions filed by Gürsel Tekin against the provincial administration under Özgür Çelik.

In September of last year, Gürsel Tekin filed a petition requesting that 'the vehicles of the CHP Provincial Presidency be banned from traffic.' However, this request was rejected. The name of the lawyer who filed this petition was Mustafa Yalçınkaya.

On the other hand, Yalçınkaya confirmed to journalist Ali Taş, who asked him whether he was Gürsel Tekin's lawyer, that he is indeed Gürsel Tekin's lawyer.
