Hande Sarıoğlu responds to 'detention' allegations: 'My toughness is rock solid'

Hande Sarıoğlu, who was alleged to have been detainedalongside famous broadcastersEla Rümeysa Cebeciand Meltem Acet, has issueda strikingstatementin response.

In a statement on her social mediaaccount,Sarıoğlu asserted that she was notdetainedand had no connection to the drug operation.

The presenter stated that she wasquestioned as part of theinvestigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and demanded that her name be removed from the reports. demandedthat it be retracted.

Inherstatement, Sarıoğlu asserted that she has never used cigarettes or alcohol in her life, has no connection to any illicit substances, and argued that her professional and personal reputation has been damaged.

Furthermore, when I was calledon Friday,December 5th,I flew from Ankara myselftoI got in my car and came, my statement was taken for half an hour, andI went out to eat. I was back at work on Monday, December 8th. If there had been an accusationagainst me,if a health checkhad beenperformed, would I have been able to return to my job,appear on screenCould I even appear on screen? My job would have been terminated immediately. Do you not have a gram of brain? These are documented matters; how could you link this girl to avisual or official news report anywhere? Just because I am a broadcaster, how can youinvolve my name in a file I have no connection to? Learn the truth first!To everyone who has made news or comments about me, I have taken screenshots and links of all of you, and I am initiating legal action against each one. I spit on the kind of journalismyou do.

Oh, and by the way, God and those who know meare my witnesses; I have never smoked a cigarette in my life.I have never usedthem, nor have I ever had them in my home or car,I have never usedthem, including those electronic things you use, I have had nodealings with them; I am a person who doesn't even drink alcohol, for heaven's sake.
