Harsh reactions to Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı from pro-government figures: 'You are a charlatan'

Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı claimed on social media that a trustee would be appointed to the CHP. STATEMENT FROM MINISTER TUNÇ

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated the following in a post on social media:

"Some posts are being made via social media regarding the judicial investigation launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office upon the complaints of some CHP delegates, as well as the processes concerning the lawsuits filed by some delegates at the Ankara Civil Court of First Instance for the cancellation of the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, and claims that operations will be carried out against some municipalities.

These baseless claims, which are intended for disinformation and aimed at misleading the public, should not be given any credence.

Regarding these posts, a judicial investigation has been initiated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of the 'crime of publicly disseminating misleading information' pursuant to Article 217/A of the Turkish Penal Code."

HARSH REACTION TO KÜTAHYALI: "DOES IT END JUST BY SAYING 'OOPS'?"

Sabah columnist Dilek Güngör reacted to Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı on social media. Güngör said, "Let's ask the SPK... Does it end just by manipulating and then saying 'oops'?"
