He defrauded citizens and had bailiffs and lawyers beaten: Emin Adanur released

According to a report by İsmail Arı from Birgün, in April, he had two lawyers and a bailiff beaten when they arrived at his home to seize property due to unpaid debts. Following the criminal complaint filed by the lawyers and the bailiff, an investigation was launched, and Emin Adanur and three of his associates were arrested.

The defendants, who were charged with 'intentional injury,' 'threats,' and 'insult,' denied the accusations during the first hearing at the Bursa 9th Criminal Court of First Instance; the presiding judge decided to release the defendants under judicial control four days later.

Emin Adanur, who was released from prison on May 29, the day of the hearing, was re-arrested 3 days later in connection with another case. An arrest warrant was issued for Adanur, who is being tried at the Bursa 11th High Criminal Court on charges of defrauding 28 people with the promise of selling them housing, on the grounds that he was a flight risk.

HE HAD BEEN ARRESTED

The court panel decided to arrest the defendant, taking into account the "current state of evidence" and the "existence of concrete facts regarding the strong suspicion that the alleged crime was committed." 

However, on July 3, the Bursa 11th High Criminal Court decided to release Adanur once again. 

The housing victims reacted to the decision by saying, "The judiciary has officially told Adanur to flee."
