He gave a date: Efkan Ala announced that there will be new additions to the AKP

The AKP is preparing to celebrate its 23rd anniversary on August 14. AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala made statements regarding the celebration program.

"We will commemorate what we have done and review what we will do," said Ala, adding, "As the AK Party, how can we better carry Turkey toward its goals and bring it together with its objectives? It will be a day of celebration where we come together to review what the AK Party means for Turkey and what we can do for the future."

CELEBRATION PROGRAM PREPARED IN COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTERITY PACKAGE

Arguing that austerity measures were taken into account in the celebration program, Ala said, "We are acting sensitively, taking into account that our citizens will expect many of the things we expect from them in these matters. We will appear before our nation with a magnificent yet not excessive, simple, and effective celebration program. Provinces will hold their own celebrations. But they will also be able to watch the celebrations at the center via an online system." 

'ERDOĞAN WILL SPEAK'

Efkan Ala provided the following information regarding the content of the event:

"There will be a speech by our President. Before that, there will be a show. A show that tells the story of the AK Party and its integration with our nation. The AK Party has been the beginning of many things and brought innovation to Turkey. Many things have come to be associated with the AK Party. Our slogan will also be a slogan that evokes this. 'Its name is AK Party.' Our vision will be shared. We believe that the AK Party's dominant role in Turkish political life, in fact, its running from success to success and competing with itself, has made very important contributions to both our own politics and the politics of the countries in our heartland that follow us. We are organizing those programs with the awareness of this consciousness and responsibility."

When reminded of reports that there would be new additions to the party during the celebration program on August 14, Ala said, "Yes, there will be. The AK Party is the dominant address of politics. It is natural and normal for those who want to walk the path with the AK Party to join the AK Party within the framework of the party's principles."
