A statement regarding the health condition of lawyer Celal Ülgen, who was hospitalized, has been released by his daughter, Deniz Ülgen Şeren.
Following a health issue that led to his hospitalization and the placement of a stent in his main artery leading to the brain, lawyer Celal Ülgen's daughter, Deniz Ülgen Şeren, has provided an update on her father's health.
Şeren stated the following:
"My father, lawyer Celal Ülgen, underwent a procedure at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Research Hospital following a health issue caused by a narrowing of his cerebral artery. After a 100% successful procedure and a few days of observation, we have moved him to a regular ward at LIV Hospital Istinye University Hospital. Everything is going well. We wanted to share the information we received from his doctors that he will return to his former health in a very short time, in order to prevent any misunderstandings. We would like to thank everyone who called, asked after him, and stood by us with their well wishes."

WHO IS CELAL ÜLGEN?
Born in Elazığ in 1948, Celal Ülgen completed his education at the Istanbul University Faculty of Law. During his university years, he was a classmate of Deniz Gezmiş. He served as the lawyer for Çetin Doğan during the Ergenekon trial process. He works as a lawyer and a writer.
Celal Ülgen has also served as the lawyer for figures such as former 1st Army Operations Chief Staff Colonel Süha Tanyeri, retired Colonel Dursun Çiçek, retired Major Levent Bektaş, retired Colonel Zeki Üçok, Istanbul's first Metropolitan Mayor Bedrettin Dalan, journalist-writer Soner Yalçın, and Cem Uzan.
