The attacker who killed 4 people and injured 5 with a knife in Bingöl has been found to be of sound mind.
The investigation continues into the knife attack on July 24 in the old market area of Bahçelievler Neighborhood, where Emir Can Zazaoğlu (20) killed 4 people and injured 5.
As part of the investigation, the report requested from the Dr. Ekrem Tok Mental Health and Diseases Hospital in Adana regarding whether Zazaoğlu was of sound mind has been completed.
The report, which states that the suspect is "of sound mind," has been added to the investigation file.
WHAT HAPPENED?
In Bingöl on July 24, 4 people lost their lives and 5 were injured after a person attacked those around him with a knife in the old market area of Bahçelievler Neighborhood.
Following the incident, Emir Can Zazaoğlu, who was taken into custody by police teams near the water tank in Mirzan Neighborhood, was arrested by the presiding criminal judgeship of peace.
