The expert teams, who determined the suspect's destination, first identified the 19-year-old attacker. Subsequently, the experienced teams conducted an operation and took Delil Aysal into custody. It was learned that the İzmir Governor, the İzmir Provincial Police Chief, and the Public Security Branch Manager personally followed and coordinated every stage of the operation.
