It has been determined that Emir Melet, who used the codename Dilok Bandoz and was killed while fighting in the ranks of the YPG in the Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) region in northern Syria, participated in attacks in the rural areas of Tokat, Tunceli, Erzincan, and Bingöl in Turkey that resulted in the martyrdom of 11 soldiers while he was a team leader for the PKK. A 2 MILLION LIRA BOUNTY HAD BEEN PLACED
Melet, who was in the gray category of the Interior Ministry's wanted terrorists list with a 2 million lira bounty, moved to northern Iraq after martyring the soldiers, and from there to the YPG ranks in Syria. Following the confirmation of his death in a clash with ISIS in Kobani, his name was removed from the wanted list with the note "neutralized."
