An appeal has been filed with the Court of Cassation for the brother, Enes Güran, who was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment in the Narin Güran murder case.
A new development has occurred in the ongoing trial regarding the murder of Narin Güran, who was made to appear as if she had gone missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of the Bağlar district in Diyarbakır, and whose lifeless body was found 19 days later.
According to a report by Sabah Newspaper, it has been learned that an appeal has been filed with the Court of Cassation for the brother, Enes Güran, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for 'intentional killing'.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
In the trial for the murder of Narin Güran, the 8th High Criminal Court had sentenced the mother, Yüksel Güran, the brother, Enes Güran, and the uncle, Salim Güran, to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of murder.
Nevzat Bahtiyar, who stated that he buried Narin in the stream, had received a prison sentence of 4 years and 6 months.
