Journalist Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, known for his proximity to the government, made a striking claim regarding Koç's visit to Bahçeli.

Claiming that Ali Koç is an MHP supporter and has entered the service of the current regime, Kütahyalı stated, "The idea that Koç is a leftist dissident is a hallucination of idiots who cannot understand today's Turkey."

In a post on his social media account, Kütahyalı said, "I am the commentator-writer who first stated in the Turkish media that Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç is not a CHP supporter as is thought, but has been an MHP supporter since his youth," and added the following:

"Ali Koç is an MHP supporter, a member of the People's Alliance, at the service of the current regime, and a man who falls into line when the STATE commands. The idea that Koç is a leftist dissident is a hallucination of idiots who cannot understand today's Turkey.

There are only some internal conflicts within the current regime. Koç also likes to take sides in those internal conflicts.
