The company issued a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding the development, stating that the investigation is not linked to the company.

ALLEGATIONS THAT THE CASE IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER SEAL

Journalist Serra Karaçam stated that no official records accessible to the public regarding the investigation could be found. Karaçam suggested that the case might be being handled under "sealed" status.

Karaçam also noted that BMS Çelik is among the companies that export to and source products from the U.S., and therefore, it could be evaluated under U.S. export and sanctions regulations.
