The incident occurred around 14:30 in the Alavara area of Emecik Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, a citizen named Arif Zeybek (75) arrived at the region with his own truck to voluntarily participate in road leveling work being conducted by forestry teams. According to initial findings, the truck driven by Zeybek went off the road after its brakes failed. The truck hit pine trees on the side of the road and overturned. Those who witnessed the accident reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region. In the checks carried out by the health teams who arrived at the scene in a short time, it was determined that Zeybek had lost his life. The news of Zeybek's death plunged his family and all his loved ones into mourning.
