Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu has made a statement regarding the condition of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Deputy Speaker and DEM Party Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder.
In a post on his social media account, Minister Memişoğlu stated, "Grand National Assembly of Turkey Deputy Speaker and Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder is undergoing surgery due to a tear in the main artery leading from the heart.
The surgical process is ongoing, and his condition is being closely monitored.
I wish him a speedy recovery."
