Heat warning from Meteorology for that city: Citizens urged to be cautious
In a warning issued by the Regional Forecast and Warning Center of the 4th Regional Directorate of Meteorology, it was stated that air temperatures in the Muğla region will reach 41 degrees.
The Regional Forecast and Warning Center of the 4th Regional Directorate of Meteorology stated in an announcement, "According to the latest meteorological evaluations, air temperatures, which are currently above seasonal norms across our region, are expected to increase further until the weekend and will hover 8 to 12 degrees above seasonal norms.
The highest temperature expected in Muğla in the coming days is estimated to be between 39 and 41 degrees. Due to the high air temperatures, our citizens, especially those with chronic illnesses, the elderly, and children, are advised to be careful and take precautions by avoiding being in open areas during the hottest hours of the day, between 11:00 and 16:00."
