Hepsiburada continues to report losses

Hepsiburada's 2025 financial report revealed that despite the company's losses and advertising expenditures, its user base continues to decline. While the company's advertising and financing expenses reached 14.3 billion TL, the number of active customers fell from 11.9 million to 11.8 million.

According to 2025 financial data, Hepsiburada's loss rose to 5.7 billion TL. The company's long-standing negative financial situation deepened further by the end of the year. Although Hepsiburada spent billions of TL on influencers and advertisements, these investments did not lead to any increase in the number of users.

HIGH ADVERTISING AND FINANCING EXPENDITURES

As of 2025, Hepsiburada's advertising expenses have reached 7.3 billion TL, while its financing expenses have reached 7.0 billion TL. Despite the large budgets the company allocated for advertising, it is observed that no significant increase in the number of active users could be achieved.
