High commission on HGS top-ups: 15 TL deduction for 100 TL!
The HGS (Fast Pass System) application has begun increasing the commission rates it charges for user balance top-ups. As the top-up amount increases, the commission amount rises proportionally.
The HGS application charges a 15 TL commission on a 100 TL top-up, and the commission amount increases as the price goes up.
Drivers who travel daily and are forced to frequently renew their HGS balance are particularly complaining about the high commission rates. According to a post on the 'denetle!' account, one citizen stated, 'You top up 100 TL, and 15 TL of it is commission. Such a high deduction is unacceptable!'
