Former Ankaragücü manager Hikmet Karaman made statements following the attack on referee Halil Umut Meler last night. Karaman stated that Ankaragücü President Faruk Koca had also attacked him.

The 63-year-old experienced manager stated, "I swallowed it at the time and didn't disclose it, but I am disclosing it now. While I was managing Ankaragücü, Faruk Koca also attacked me with a punch."
