His name was involved in a criminal organization file: He revealed the tax paid by the jeweler to the stars, Ersan Gülmez
Journalist Fatih Altaylı, who has been detained in Silivri Prison for 66 days, brought the taxes paid by Ersan Gülmez, known as the 'jeweler to the stars,' to the agenda. Altaylı noted that Gülmez paid a total of 90 thousand TL in taxes in 2022 and 2023.
Fatih Altaylı, who is currently detained on charges of threatening the President, continues to make statements from Marmara Prison. Altaylı drew attention to the taxes paid by Ersan Gülmez, known as the "jeweler to the stars" and publicly known as "Ersan Diamond."
"ONLY 90 THOUSAND TL IN 2022 AND 2023"
According to Altaylı, Ersan Gülmez paid 45 thousand TL in taxes in 2022 and another 45 thousand TL in 2023. He stated that Gülmez, who paid a total of 90 thousand TL in taxes, suddenly increased his payment to 1 million 400 thousand TL in 2024.
"HOW MUCH TAX DID THE PERSON WHO HANGS THE PRESIDENT'S PHOTO BEHIND THEM PAY?"
Criticizing this striking difference, Altaylı used the following expressions:
"This Ersan Diamond paid 45 thousand TL in taxes in 2022 and another 45 thousand TL in 2023. In 2024, he had a change of heart and deemed it appropriate to pay 1.4 million TL. How much tax did the person who hangs the President's photo behind them pay? Or Semra Ilık? Why are their taxes not being questioned?"
Ersan Gülmez had previously been detained as part of an investigation into an armed criminal organization allegedly led by Selahattin Yılmaz, but was later released.
