HKP reacts to 'absolute nullity' ruling: It is an attack masked as law, not just against CHP but against all our people

The following statements were made in the press release issued by the HKP:

The AKP clique, which was brought to power by the US, the UK, and Zionist Israel and has been kept in power for 24 years thanks to the services they provide to US-EU imperialists, aims to destroy the Secular Republic of Turkey—founded by Mustafa Kemal, İnönü, and our Kuvayimilliye ancestors—and replace it with a medieval, fascist religious state, as we have always stated. The "absolute nullity" ruling issued by the 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice in the case filed for the cancellation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress and 21st Extraordinary Congress is a step taken by the AKP clique precisely to achieve this goal.

As our Chairman Nurullah Efe has long emphasized, the AKP clique aims to criminalize the CHP day by day and completely eliminate the CHP's institutional existence to sustain their regime of plunder, looting, and oppression. Having become increasingly emboldened with the "legitimacy" they received from the US imperialist bandit state, the AKP clique has not been content with systematic, almost scheduled attacks masked as law against CHP-run municipalities; now, they have obtained an "absolute nullity" ruling from the Akın Gürlek judiciary—which serves as an operational weapon for the Illegal and Haram Palace—to bring the TESEV-affiliated, Soros-supporter, traitor Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his cronies back to the helm of the CHP.

We would like to emphasize that evaluating today's absolute nullity ruling as an internal matter of the CHP is to be blind to Turkish politics and to fail to see the true face of the regime, which is an enemy of the homeland and the people, known as the AKP clique. As our Chairman Nurullah Efe has repeatedly stated, Tayyip, the Sultan of the Illegal Palace, will never enter an election he knows he will lose or is not certain he will win. Due to the thousands of crimes he has committed, including treason and his lack of a university diploma, Tayyip's presidential status is already completely illegitimate. And Tayyip knows full well that if he were to enter an election with even a shred of legality, he would certainly face defeat! Because this criminal regime, which has condemned our people to a hell of unemployment, high costs of living, price hikes, and oppression, no longer has any standing among our people.

Therefore, the AKP clique's attack masked as law against the CHP—founded by Mustafa Kemal, İnönü, and our Kuvayimilliye ancestors who led our anti-imperialist First National War of Liberation to victory—is an attack not only against the current CHP administration but against all our people. The AKP clique aims to appear as if it has emerged victorious from yet another election without any problems by completely destroying the opposition. The team of traitors led by the Soros-supporter Kemal is in cooperation with them in this treacherous plan of the AKP clique.

However, no matter what the AKP clique and the traitors who appear to be CHP members do, they will never reach their goals. Our people and the revolutionary, democratic, and progressive forces of Turkey will inevitably thwart the despicable plans of the AKP clique—the regime of US-puppet traitors—and all their collaborators of every kind.

Our people, who led our anti-imperialist First National War of Liberation to victory, will eventually lead our Second War of Liberation to victory as well and will certainly hold the traitors to account!
