A horrific accident occurred near the Kınalı toll booths on the Northern Marmara Motorway when a passenger bus collided with a car. The impact caused the car to become wedged between the toll barriers, leaving it completely wrecked.
Upon notification, numerous medical, fire, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. While intensive efforts by the teams to rescue the citizens trapped in the car are underway, no official statement has yet been made regarding the number of injured in the accident.
Due to the accident, traffic in the direction of Kınalı is being managed under control, and authorities have directed drivers to alternative routes. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
