HSK decree published: 12 judges and prosecutors reassigned

According to the decree published by the HSK, Pınar Şafak has been appointed from President of the Istanbul Commercial Court to Judge of Bakırköy; Sadullah Güler from President of the Bakırköy Assize Court to Member of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice; Mesut Bilen from President of the Bursa Assize Court to President of the Istanbul Anatolian Assize Court. Gökberk Sunal has been appointed from President of the Izmir Assize Court to Member of the Izmir Regional Court of Justice; Semra Tekin Doğan from Judge of Istanbul to President of the Istanbul Commercial Court; Ramazan Yılmaz from Public Prosecutor at the Antalya Regional Court of Justice to Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya; İdris Arda Aygün from Member of the Izmir Regional Court of Justice to President of the Izmir Assize Court. Faruk Kaynak has been appointed from Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation to Chief Public Prosecutor of Amasya; Çağlayan Çakmak Kocaman from Judge of Amasya to Judge of Antalya; Fatih Kocaman from Chief Public Prosecutor of Amasya to Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya; Yakup Ali Kahveci from Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya to Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Antalya Regional Court of Justice; and Mehmet Akif Katırcı from Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya to Public Prosecutor at the Antalya Regional Court of Justice.
