HSK issues suspension order for Türkşad Kunthan Uçuk

According to the statement issued by the Council, the Second Chamber of the HSK took the precautionary measure regarding Türkşad Kunthan Uçuk, who was appointed as the Bozova Public Prosecutor while serving as the Pınarhisar Public Prosecutor, due to the ongoing judicial and administrative investigation against him.

Upon the request of HSK inspectors, the file was discussed at an extraordinary meeting on September 18.

During the evaluation, it was determined that Uçuk's continued service could harm both the proper progress of the ongoing investigation and the trust and reputation of the judiciary.

For this reason, the Second Chamber of the HSK unanimously decided to temporarily suspend Uçuk from duty for a period of three months.
