HÜDA PAR calls on those getting married to support Palestine: Donate a portion of your jewelry to Gaza

Hür Dava Partisi (HÜDA PAR) Mersin Deputy Faruk Dinç made a call to young people preparing for marriage during a press conference he held in Parliament. Dinç requested that they donate a portion of the expenses they would incur during wedding preparations to the people of Gaza.

"IT DOES NOT BEFIT US TO CELEBRATE WHILE BOMBS RAIN DOWN ON OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS"

Dinç addressed those who are married and those who are planning to get married as follows:

“I call on our young women, in particular, to set a beautiful example by donating at least a portion of their jewelry to Gaza. My dear young brothers and sisters, let us send your wedding meal funds to the children of Gaza. Instead of renting a wedding hall, let us settle for a simple marriage ceremony. It does not befit us to celebrate while bombs rain down on our brothers and sisters. With the money we would give to a wedding hall, let us buy bricks for a roof under which our mothers, sisters, and children in Gaza can lay their heads.”
