Hüseyin Ersöz announces new development in IMM investigation!

A decision to separate the case files has been made in the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office file numbered 2024/228233, known to the public as the IMM Investigation, in which CHP's presidential candidate and IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu is being held in detention. In line with this decision, some suspects have been transferred to the newly opened file numbered 2025/248683.

ERSÖZ: INDICTMENT IS NEAR

Lawyer Hüseyin Ersöz stated in his social media post that the aforementioned separation process is a sign that the indictment will be sent to the High Criminal Court in a short time.

It is known that a similar method was used in the Beşiktaş Municipality investigation. In that file, the indictment was prepared and submitted to the court within a few days following the decision to separate the case.
