İmamoğlu reacts to Can Atalay decision
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu shared a post regarding Can Atalay, whose TİP parliamentary membership was revoked. İmamoğlu expressed his reaction to the decision with the words, "they will answer to the nation."

While many figures have reacted to this decision, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor İmamoğlu did not remain silent.
Stating that Can Atalay is an elected member of parliament, İmamoğlu made the following statement:
"No one's will is above the nation's. Can Atalay is the elected deputy for Hatay. Everyone who sees themselves above the law, the parliament, the constitution, and the national will shall eventually answer to the nation."
