İbrahim Özkan, one of the advisors to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, was detained as part of a 'corruption' investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the İBB.
Following his processing at the police station, Özkan was brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan to provide his statement. Özkan was released after his testimony.
