Bayrampaşa Mayor Hasan Mutlu, who is being held at Silivri Prison, has been hospitalized due to health issues. It was learned that Mutlu was taken into surgery this morning.
It was stated that Mutlu, who has been experiencing health problems for some time, had also undergone emergency surgery last year due to a condition in his left leg.
It was noted that Mutlu was discharged following the surgery performed in September 2025; four days after his discharge, on September 13, he was taken into custody before his follow-up and treatment process was completed, and was subsequently arrested.
It was stated that Hasan Mutlu's pain and complaints increased during his time in prison, and that he had previously been taken to Silivri State Hospital for check-ups.
