Indictment in Narin Güran murder case accepted! First hearing date set
The date for the first hearing in the Narin Güran murder case has been set. The first hearing of the trial, in which life imprisonment is sought for the mother, uncle, and brother, will be held on November 7.
The indictment prepared regarding the murder of Narin Güran has been accepted by the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court. For the 4 detained suspects, including Narin's mother, uncle, brother, and a neighbor, an aggravated life sentence is being sought for the crime of 'intentional killing of a child in complicity'.
The 4 detained suspects will appear before a judge for the first time on November 7 and their trial will begin.
