Indictment prepared against 'Leman Magazine'

In the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the magazine's responsible editor-in-chief Zafer Aknar, business manager Ali Yavuz, graphic designer Cebrail Okçu, the cartoonist Doğan Pehlevan, editorial director Aslan Özdemir, and Editor-in-Chief Mehmet Tuncay Akgün, for whom an arrest warrant has been issued, have been charged with "publicly inciting hatred and enmity," with a requested prison sentence of 1 year and 6 months to 4 years and 6 months for each.
